How to Get the Second Secret Patient in Amateur Surgeon

"Amateur Surgeon" is a game released by Adult Swim, originally on its website but now available on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. In the game, you play a character named Alan Probe, who, through a series of extremely unlikely events, transforms from pizza boy to back alley surgeon. Each level presents a new patient. Alan keeps records of his patients and his performances in files. The game has three main files, but there's also a secret file, complete with three patients you can unlock. To unlock the second character, Stuporman, you must fill Donny's pimp-o-meter completely.

Instructions

  Open "File 2," and click on "Donny" to begin operating on him.

  Cut Donny's chest open with the pizza cutter.

  Cut around the kidney (following the yellow line), then cut it into three parts, removing each part with the wooden tongs after you've cut it. Insert the golden kidney into the old kidney's place using the wooden tongs. Set it in place with the lighter by following the black dotted line, then put healing cream along the green dotted line. Seal up Donny's stomach wound with staples after you're automatically navigated to the outside of his body. Put a golden staple into each one of Donny's nipples at this point as well.

  Use the pizza cutter to cut the horizontal wound in Donny's chest.

  Use the chain saw to cut out Donny's rib cage, taking care to follow the yellow dotted lines. Remove the rib cage with the wooden tongs.

  Use the pizza cutter to cut out the yellow dotted rectangle that appears after removing Donny's rib cage. Place the gold "Pimp" badge in Donny's chest with the wooden tongs.

  Add a golden staple in the dot of the letter "i" in Donny's pimp badge. Add golden staples to the four corners of the pimp badge until you see black dotted lines appear around the edge of the badge.

  Trace the black dotted lines with your lighter to seal the badge in place. Trace the green dotted lines that appear with your healing cream. Add the golden rib cage with the wooden tongs, then seal them in place with the lighter. Add the healing cream around the green dotted lines.

  Staple and heal Donny's exterior wound. His pimp-o-meter should now be full, and your secret character "Stuporman" should now be unlocked.
