How to Get Past the Guy on the Himalayan Mountains in Cryptids Island

In "Poptropica," Harold Mews in the Cryptids Island area of the game asks you to search for proof of the existence of the Yeti/Bigfoot in the Himalayan Mountains, also known as the Himalayas. At the top of one of the mountains, you reach a monastery where a monk blocks the path to potential evidence of the existence of the Yeti. To get past him, you must play a board game consisting of a Yeti piece and three hunter pieces. To win the game, you must move the Yeti past the hunters to the opposite end of the board without the hunters trapping it.

     Click the middle circle closest to the Yeti piece to move it to that position.

     Wait for one of the hunter pieces to move automatically and then click the center circle to the left of the Yeti piece to move it one space left to the center of the board.

     Wait again and then move the Yeti piece to the top or bottom left diagonal circle.

   • 4

     Select the final circle on the far left side of the board game to win. The monk will congratulate you by saying, "Well done! You may pass and find what you seek."
