Ragnarok Offline Cheats

"Ragnarok" is an online fantasy massively multiplayer online role-playing game where players take on the roles of heroes and venture throughout the world on quests for reward, glory and increased levels. However there is also an offline version of "Ragnarok" that you can play solo on your PC. As with any role-playing game, it always helps to have a few aces up your sleeve to make the game play as fun and swift as possible.
  1. Trainer Program

    • A trainer program is a downloadable addition that you can use with "Ragnarok" offline. This program essentially burrows into the game and tricks it, telling it that your character has more skill points, levels or other additional points than you've earned. It modifies the memory, and as such you have to be sure the trainer program is made specifically for the version of the game you're playing. A download may be found at Cheat Happens.

    Min Maxing

    • The phrase "min maxing" began with tabletop role-playing games. It refers to putting the maximum points and build into areas that your character will use all the time, and little to no points in areas your character won't use at all. When building and advancing your character you should focus on primary attributes and ignore other things. For fighters that use huge weapons to inflict the maximum damage, pump points into strength and constitution, and more or less ignore things like intelligence or charisma. The same goes for skills; if you're playing a character meant to be a tank, then don't bother giving that character the ability to skulk in the shadows. Focus on armor, combat and swinging the biggest sword possible for the most amount of hurt.

    Double Up Quests

    • Quests are the main way you get experience, treasure and other necessary things for any role-playing game. However, as with many video RPGs, "Ragnarok" has a number of fetch quests: go get this item, kill a certain number of this monster, etc. Check all the quests available to you and try to get as many of them done with as little work as possible. It will let you get bigger rewards more quickly, and it will allow you to proceed faster with less grind.

    Grind

    • There's always a certain amount of grind in any game, and "Ragnarok" is no different. In order to advance, especially if you make yourself very powerful with a trainer program, you're going to have to get a lot of experience points. "Grind" refers to going out and fighting enemies for no reason other than getting that experience. A good solution is to try to move past lesser challenges. If possible, find monsters that are just a little too powerful, kill them and then run away to restock and rest. Killing big monsters requires less grind than killing dozens of smaller ones that you can take out with a single blow.
