How to Prevent Myself From Dying on Sims 2

Prevent yourself from dying in "Sims 2" by turning off aging in the game. In the game, Sims naturally die after progressing through childhood and adulthood. By turning off aging, you can keep yourself alive to play another day. When aging is disabled, the Grim Reaper will not visit your Sim's home until you enable aging. The cheat code you need to enter to disable aging does not affect other aspects of the gameplay.

Instructions

     Press "CTRL+Shift+C" at the same time while playing "Sims 2." A blank cheat code field appears in the upper left corner of the screen.

     Type "aging off" in the field. The Aging Off cheat prevents your Sim from aging, which therefore means he won't die.

     Press the "Enter" key to apply the cheat.

     Type "exit" and press "Enter" again. The blank field disappears.
