Parked Location of the Tow Truck
Parked locations of the tow truck will always have the truck there every time you visit them, unless you have recently stolen it. The tow truck can always be found at "Angel Pine Junkyard" and San Fierro. This is right next to Mt. Chilliad.
Spawned Location of the Tow Truck
Spawn locations for vehicles are locations where the vehicle is sometimes located or spawned. Leave the area and come back later if the vehicle is not there when you first visit it. The spawn locations are San Fierro Easter Baisin Docks, Doherty and San Fierro Desert.
Location of Bulldozer
Visit the construction yard next to San Fierro. Drive past the crane and turn left at the hanger. Go behind it and you will find a tow truck. Enter the tow truck and go towards the bulldozer.
Trick
Back up to the bulldozer and lower the lift using the "R" stick to pick it up. Drive away with the bulldozer. As you turn sharply, the bulldozer behind you will swing wildly. This can be used to cause some mayhem. For added destruction, hook up several tow trucks and then pick up the bulldozer. The chain of vehicles will act like a ball and chain.
