Feeba's Evolution
There are two ways for your Feebas to evolve into a Milotic. One way is to level-up when your Feebas reaches high "Beauty" condition and another means is to trade it with a different Pokemon species while you are holding a bag of "Prism Scale."
Fishing Requirements
Capturing a Feebas requires exactly seven important skills, such as an acro bike, an old or good rod, a Pokemon with surf, a Pokemon with waterfall, an enduring patience, a collection of all eight badges and most of all, a great deal of time. These items do not guarantee that you will easily capture a Feebas but they will help you achieve the highest success rate in your Feebas' fishing challenge.
Smooth Moves
At the start of the game, a Feebas can attack with a normal splash and an impressive 40 power points. When your Feebas reaches level 15, it will possess a normal tackle attack with 35 power points, plus a power grade of 50 and 100 percent target accuracy. Finally, when level 30 is reached by your Feebas, it will be able to attack with a normal flail, with 15 power points while maintaining 100 percent target accuracy.
Proper Searching Methodology
To be able to catch a Feebas, you have to employ a grid search pattern for every water area you can reach. An acro bike is even needed for you to reach the top of the waterfall, where some of the Feebases may be hiding. What makes it tougher is that there are only six random spots where you can find Feebases out of more than 100 possible tiles.
