Enabling the Developer Tools
In order to use some of the cheats, you must enable the developer tools. Find the "Swat4SPDemo.ini" file in the "Swat 4" "system" folder. In this file, you'll find a line that says "EnableDevTools=False." You simply need to change the "False" to "True" to enable the developer tools. You might want to create a backup of the file, before editing it, in case you make a mistake. You also may need to run the "SWAT 4" demo once before the "Swat4SPDemo.ini" file is created.
God Mode
Once you're on a mission, press the "~" key, which is usually located just to the left of the "1" key, to open the console. Type "God" into the console and press "Enter." You must enter this every time you play the demo mission. To apply God mode to your entire AI team, type "MakeAIGod SwatOfficer" into the console.
Ghost Mode
Again, once you've started the mission, press the "~" key, then type in "Ghost" to open the console and press "Enter" on your keyboard. This turns off clipping, which just means you can fly around the level anywhere you please without being restricted by closed doors or walls. To turn this off, type "Walk" into the console.
Instant Ammo Refills
On a mission, press the "~" key then type "UseAmmo fullmetaljacket" into the console to refill your primary weapon with full metal jacket rounds. To refill your primary weapon with jacketed hollow points, type "UseAmmo jacketedhollowpoint" into the console. Finally, to refill your taser cartridges, type "UseAmmo Taserammo" into the console.
