Tradewinds Legends Cheats

Tradewinds Legends is a PC game that features high-seas fun and trading. It is a strategy game where you can go on missions to solve the personal question of your character. You ride the seas in your ship trading, fighting and adventuring. You can also buy newer, more advanced ships and take side missions for extra cash. Careful management of your resources, men and weapons can help you finish all five missions successfully.
  1. Easy Money

    • As you make money in Tradewinds Legends, you can buy more ships, more goods and increase your power dramatically. Making money can be difficult when you start, as you have very limited resources. This money cheat will only work in the Free Trade mode. When the game starts, focus your trading on salt. Salt can often be found for less than 40 gold in towns that produce salt. Salt is often heavily in demand in towns that don't have their own natural salt supplies. Pay attention to the price of salt in every port you visit and watch for bulletins about salt price increases. Find a port that buys salt for around $60 to $100 for massive profits. Once you've made several thousand dollars, move up to wine. Wine is often available very cheaply in rural villages where it is produced, but is in high demand in more upscale urban areas.

    Don't Fire

    • Ship-to-ship combat is a regrettably common occurrence in Tradewinds. While it isn't always in your best interest to fight, sometimes it's unavoidable. Winning a battle gives you the opportunity to take from your defeated opponent and increase your earnings. However, if you lose, the same thing happens to you. There is a simple cheat that can give you a major advantage in ship battles. When you decide to attack a ship, don't fire until you are ready to battle. Firing causes the battle to start. The other ship won't engage you until you attack. This gives you a major advantage. Aim for the weak areas of the ship, such as the sails, and wait until you are right next to the ship. Patiently wait until the other ship is pointed in an enclosed area, like a bay or cove, and then attack. The ship will be devastated before they have a chance to fight back and will likely be trapped in the bay.

    Understand the Months

    • While you play Tradewinds, the days and months click by just like in real life. However, they don't name the months in this game; they simply refer to them as First Moon, Second Moon, Third Moon and so on. However, it is important to remember that their calendar simply mirrors your calendar. First Moon has the same amount of days as January just as the Fifth Moon has the same amount of days as May. Understanding this can help you plan your trading in the game. For example, crops in the game will vary depending on the months. In the winter month, crop foods will be scarcer in colder areas, as they cannot grow them year-round. This means the supply for these foods will be higher. Likewise, cost will be down when the crops are reaped and sowed. Understanding the calendar and how it relates to real life can help you immensely.
