Cheat Codes
Unfortunately, no cheat codes are available to help you operate successfully on the bug-infested Horrace. However, you can follow several tips to give you a better chance at saving Horrace's life. Since Horrace is the final level of the game, he is arguably the most difficult patient to save.
Tools of the Trade
Alan Probe has a variety of unusual tools he uses to conduct his operations. Use a pizza-cutter for surgical incisions. Remove glass and porcupine quills with salad tongs. Use a corkscrew for injections. Close wounds with a stapler, and then cauterize them with a lighter. And finally, use pain-relieving gel to heal the wounds. By the time you reach Horrace, you should be fairly familiar with how each "surgical instrument" is used.
Tips to Use to Save Horrace
Horrace's innards are full of lacerations and bugs. Use the stapler, lighter, and pain-relieving gel to heal Horrace's heart. Bugs scurry out of his body at this point, and these must be killed by zapping them with the battery. Patch up his wounds once more, and use the "etchy sketchy" to find the bugs still inside him. Use the pizza-cutter to expose the bugs, and use the battery to kill them. Do this repeatedly to save Horrace.
Extra Tips For Saving Horrace
As surgery progresses, Horrace's heart-rate continually drops. Surgical mistakes cause his heart-rate to decrease even more rapidly. To keep his heart going longer, so as not to run out of time, combine the corkscrew with the pain reliever and give Horrace this "injection" at incision points. This bumps up his heart-rate number, and keeps him alive while you patch up his many lacerations and kill the bugs inside of his body.
