Galactic Civilization 2: Gold Edition Cheats

̶0;Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords̶1; continues where the first game left off and has you choose your civilization, whether human or alien, and conquer as many planets as you can in the galaxy. The Gold Edition of the game packages ̶0;Dread Lords̶1; with the 2007 expansion pack, ̶0;Dark Avatar.̶1; To enable cheats, you will need to add ̶0;cheat̶1; to the command line parameter of the application. Find the executable file, right click to select Properties, then change the target line. For example, the target path should read ̶0;C:\\Program Files\\Stardock\\TotalGaming\\GalCiv2\\galciv2.exe\" cheat. Note that the word cheat should appear outside of the quotation marks in the target line.

Add to Planet Class
- During gameplay with the cheat parameter activated, press ̶0;Ctrl̶1; and ̶0;P̶1; on you keyboard. This will add one unit to your planet class.
Add Money
- With the cheat parameter activated, press ̶0;Ctrl̶1; and ̶0;M.\" You will be rewarded with 10,000 BC to your cache of money.
Add Battleship
- Press ̶0;Ctrl̶1; and ̶0;B̶1; during gameplay with the cheat parameter activated. One Battleship unit will be added to your army.
Clone Ship
- Select a ship on your game map and press ̶0;Ctrl̶1; and ̶0;C.\" That ship will be cloned and an additional unit will be added to your army.
Complete Social Projects
- During gameplay, press ̶0;Ctrl̶1; and ̶0;J̶1; to activate this cheat. All of your Social Projects will be completed and you will be rewarded all of the bonuses that come with the completion of each project.
Heal Ship
- Select a ship on your game map and press ̶0;Ctrl̶1; and ̶0;H.\" Your selected ship̵7;s health will be healed and restored to its full capacity.
Research Tech
- Press ̶0;Ctrl̶1; and ̶0;R̶1; during gameplay to activate this cheat. Your current tech level will automatically be researched. To research all tech levels, press ̶0;Shift̶1;, ̶0;Ctrl̶1;, and ̶0;R̶1; simultaneously.
Teleport Ship
- Select a ship and move you pointer to the location to which you wish to teleport it. Then, press ̶0;Ctrl̶1; and ̶0;T̶1; to teleport the ship to that location.
Upgrade Ship
- With a ship selected, press ̶0;Ctrl̶1; and ̶0;A.\" The selected ship will be upgraded to a better unit.
