Campaign Mode and Missions
A number of the achievements in Dawn of War II come during the campaign mode. For example, complete a mission using only ranged weapons to get "That's Close Enough," complete a mission in under five minutes to earn "Rush 'em" and get 15 stars on a single mission to unlock "The Book of Honor."
Achievements within Missions
There is also a group of achievements that can be earned within missions, many at any time. Kill 20 enemies using the assault jump to earn "Death from Above," and kill a boss using only your Force Commander to earn "Emperor's Champion." Do it in under a minute to unlock "Lightning Assassin." Retrieve the data from the Astronomic Array to receive "Astronomical!" and defend a province without losing a generator to earn "Not One Inch."
Earned Ratings and Scores
Players earn these achievements by building up certain scores or attaining certain attribute ratings. Achievements related to scores at the end of campaign mode can be earned in single player mode or by the host in co-op mode. Earn a Campaign score of over 30,000 points to earn "Hero of the Imperium" and get a score of over 90,000 points to earn "Legend." Max out combat discipline on any squad to earn "Elite" and get to level 20 to earn "Heavy Support."
Online Multiplayer
Earn these achievements while playing with other gamers in online multiplayer mode. Watch a recorded game to earn "Wisdom of the Ancients." Play 20 ranked games with Eldar to earn "Aspect Warrior," the same with Space Marines to earn "Angel of Death," 20 more with Orks to earn "A Proper Waaagh!" and another 20 with Tyranid for "Great Devourer." For an easy achievement, customize the look of any race in the Army Painter to earn "Red Ones Go Fastah!"
