The "Mortimer Beckett" series of games have provided an array of titles for gamers since the original title's inception. ̶0;The Time Paradox̶1; title in the series takes a different route than its predecessors by presenting players with a series of puzzles that contain deftly hidden objects that need to be completed in order to finish a task on move on. If you̵7;ve been frustrated by trying to navigate your way through the game, there are some helpful cheats and hints.

Light It Up
- The hidden objects game vary in their location from game to game, so there is no uniform location when tasked with finding them other than to carefully search the screen. However, the quickest way around is to cheat by clicking in the lower right hand corner of your screen. This will illuminate the objects briefly, so pay close attention to what flashed and where, then search the corresponding area to get the item. You can use the hint as much as possible, but it takes some time for the hint mechanism to recharge for additional uses.
Set 'Em Up
- Collecting the pieces and then trying to understand how they fit together can be time consuming, but it doesn̵7;t have to be. Instead, collect all the varying puzzle pieces on all the boards prior to figuring out what to do with them. This saves a lot of in-game time and speeds up completing the game. Once you̵7;ve gathered all the items, slowly glide your cursor over parts of your screen. When a certain area lights up, the so-called ̶0;hotspots," check your inventory bar at the bottom of your screen before plugging the item into the spot.
Wait It Out
- Patience is key, and not just for gathering items. While you could just as easily click the mouse to skip the in-game animations, don̵7;t. Wait for the scene to play out, because there are clues hidden (usually) at the end of the sequences. In some instances, the answer is given to you, so waiting provides the answer to a particular location.
