Chicken Invaders Christmas Cheats

The ̶0;Chicken Invaders̶1; series of games has delighted PC gamers since the original game̵7;s inception. The third installment in the series, the so-called ̶0;Christmas Edition,̶1; is no different. The game sees pixelated and cartoonish chickens finally revolt against their human, Buffalo wing loving oppressors and seek revenge by attacking without remorse. Luckily there are cheats to help you turn the tide.

Unlockables
- A few unlockables exist that can help you navigate your way to a successful completion of the game. The first is dependent entirely on what version of the ̶0;Chicken Invaders 3̶1; you have, as there are three different versions. Provided you have the version, go to the Menu screen and select \"Options,\" then \"Gameplay.\" There should be an \"Allow Cheats\" box readily available. Clicking the box opens in- game cheats, like \"F5\" for extra lives, \"F6\" for more missiles, \"F7\" for power ups, or \"F8\" for the Extra Wave. Regardless of the game version, you can also beat the game and while on the final boss screen, open the game in a new window that automatically unlocks all the in-game goodies.
Live Long
- Start a new game and when ready, go to the first wave of the game. Don̵7;t attack any of the chickens for a full twenty seconds (count it out to yourself to make sure you get the timing right) then press \"F5\" and \"F6\" simultaneously. This will start off your new game with extra lives. You can also finagle with the game so that you̵7;ll be impervious to the chicken eggs: open the ̶0;C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\Interaction Studios̶1; folder. Use Notepad on your computer to change the file to read C13.CFG. In the [Uvegraphics], change fovwidth to 1024, and fovHeight to 768. As long as you remain close to the bottom of your screen the eggs won̵7;t do any damage.
And Longer Still
- One way to take on the aggressive chickens is to fight fire with fire, or in this case, missiles with eggs. Start up a new game and successfully fight your way through to Level 23. Once complete, start the next level (the 24th.) Immediately press \"Print Screen\", then \"Quit Game.\" Open the Paint program on your computer and press \"Control\" and the \"V\" key at the same time. Restart your game while leaving the Paint program open and you'll find you've been equipped with 99 anti-chicken missiles.
