Extra Points Windows XP
To get an extra ten points per move in Solitaire for Windows XP, open Solitaire and play a couple moves, drawing from the deck at least twice. When you go to take a third card from the deck, hold "Control" as you drag the card from the deck to place it. Click the "A" key (don't hold it down) and then release the left mouse button to drop the card. You will get ten points every time you do this, and there is no limit on how many times you can do it, so you can get extra points every time you move a card.
Increase Your Final Score
There is a way to get extra points on any version of Solitaire. Play the game in time bonus mode, and when you finish the game, you should see cards bouncing all across the screen. Click on the screen and when the box comes up that asks you if you'd like to play again, click "No." Now just press (Alt+Shift+2) and the score of the game you just won will become an amount equal to our time bonus plus your total score. For example, if on your score chart it says that your time bonus was 5,000 points, and your total score was 7,000 points, your score will become 5,000 + 7,000 or 12,000 points. You can continue to do this trick as many times as you want and your score will climb.
Place a Card Anywhere
To make an illegal move, or place a card on top of any other card, click on a card and drag it to any legal position, but don't let go of the mouse button to release the card. With the card held over the legal spot, hit the escape key and then let go of the card. You can now left click on any card in play and it will move to the place where you put the last card.
