How to Start a Spore Game on Creature Mode

The real innovative game play of "Spore" starts once the player enters the Creature Stage of the game. "Spore" takes the player through the development of a sentient species from its humble start as a single-celled creature to a space-exploring member of an intergalactic civilization. The Creature Stage takes on a game of its own with the intricate Creature Creator software to customize a beast that can survive the harsh badlands of the Spore planet.

Instructions

  Finish the Cell Stage of "Spore." Completing the Cell Stage moves your cell onto land and it evolves enough to play in the Creature Stage. Keep eating plants and other cells in the Cell Stage to quickly grow into the Creature Stage.

  Complete the Creature Stage for the first time using the animal that walked onto land from the Cell Stage. Your Spore creature will need to befriend or kill off the other species in the world to finish the Creature Stage.

  Go to the main menu once the Tribal Stage starts. Click on the Creature Stage button to make a new creature and replay the mode. This allows you to start over with any animal parts that you have collected from your previous play or to build a new creature that may have an easier time surviving.
