Stockpile Cheats
In order to build new buildings, construct defensive positions and train troops you will need a combination of food, coin and wood. Of course it will seem like you can't collect your items fast enough, which may result in your need to instantly add to your stockpile. During the game play you will want to hit the "Enter" key. Then type, "Medium Rare Please." This will give you 10,000 food. For 10,000 coin, type "Give me liberty or give me coin," and for 10,000 in wood type in "Nova &Orion."
Random Cheats
If you would rather stay away from granting yourself a large sum of food or coin, you may want to try out a few different cheats. These won't instantly give you more items, but it will help you secure them. Again, start off by pressing the "Enter" button. From here type in "Speed always wins." Doing this will increase your building speed twofold. This will allow you to have more citizens free to gather food or chop wood. Like the increased speed of building, you can instantly fatten up all the animals on the game map by typing in a specific code. Type "A recent study indicated that 100% of herdables are obese." All the animals will now significantly gain weight and offer more food for your villagers to collect.
Play as the Brits
It is a wise decision to play as the British side when deciding what nationality you will be playing the game as. This is because every time you build a house you will be given an extra civilian. This is extremely helpful when first starting off. This extra civilian will allow you to have an additional hand at gathering food or chopping wood. These extra civilians can often make the difference between survival or being taken over by your opposing colonies.
