Enabling Cheat Codes
On a personal computer there are tons of cheats and quality assurance test codes that you can use on custom servers, but you need to enable them first. Load a level while hosting a match or playing by yourself, then open the chat bar and enter "sv_cheats 1". This will allow you or any other player in your game to use cheats. This must be done on the machine hosting the match to work. All cheats are then entered the same way by opening the chat bar and inputting your code.
Changing the Level
You can instantly change the level of play on the host machine once you have enabled cheats with the "changelevel _____" command. Fill in the blank with the official name of the level you would like to jump to such as 747, assault, or highrise. Make sure your players know before you jump levels as it is a jarring experience and they may worry that the host machine has crashed.
Power Cheats
Once you have enabled cheats, you can do things like fly through the air or walls (noclip), have maximum ammo (33up643), have full health (sv_full health 123) or even give yourself any weapon in the game (weapon_g3sg1). You can substitute any weapon or item name after the weapon_, but be aware that so can your enemies and they will know as soon as you do.
