How to Put Mouse Control in Biohazard on a PC

When they ported Biohazard/Resident Evil to the PC, PC gamers were thrilled at the chance to play it. However, the developers didn't do a good job of porting the controls to PCs and left out mouse control. Don't worry–with a simple patch, mouse control can be yours!

Things You'll Need

Biohazard 4 PC version
MouseAim

Instructions

  Download MouseAim. (See Resources). It is a patch that will enable you to use your mouse to aim and shoot while playing Biohazard 4. Click on the file to download.

  Decompress the file, which will appear on your computer as a .rar, by clicking on it.

  Open a folder named "bio4_mouseaim."

  Copy all of the files inside of the folder into your computer's installation directory.

  Click on the file "loader.exe" to open it. You will have to open this file every time you want to use MouseAim to play Biohazard.

  Configure the settings. Change the mouse sensitivity here.

  Click "Load Game." Biohazard 4 now has mouse control.
