Total Annihilation Campaign Mode Cheats

"Total Annihilation" is a real-time strategy PC game released in 1997. Set in the far future, a scientific breakthrough has paved the way for human consciousness to be transferred to machines, creating eternal life. A group of rebels, Arm, refuses this mandatory process and goes to war with Core, the central body ruling the galaxy. You can play as either army in the Campaign mode and there are some handy cheats that can help you claim victory.
  1. Play Any Level

    • On the main menu, select the "Single Player" icon; you will now be on the Single Player screen. Enter the cheat code "drdeath" and you will see a bone symbol on the right side of the screen, in the middle of the "Previous Menu" and "Load Game" icons. Select this bone symbol and you will be in the Mission Select screen where you can choose to play any level you desire.

    Copy Vehicle Functions

    • If your vehicle's function has become useless to you, meaning you no longer require that type of service, there is a cheat to give it a new role. This trick makes it possible to pass the function of any construction or commander vehicle to any construction or advanced vehicle. Select the vehicle with the function that you want transferred, press the "Enter" key, then select the vehicles to receive the function. The second vehicle will now act just like the first.

    Send Construction Vehicles into Battle

    • Construction vehicles are only meant to serve one purpose, constructing your base. So when your base is built they can easily appear useless, but there is a trick to turning these vehicles into war machines. If Core or Arm vermin is attacking your base, send out construction vehicles with the rest of your fleet of vehicles. Change the construction vehicle's settings to "Reclaim," then click on an enemy to target it. The construction vehicle will draw the life from your enemy and even add some metal to your Metal Gauge.

    Double Units

    • Open up the "Notepad" program in your Start Menu and create a new document. Type in "[Preferences]", press the "Enter" key, then type "UnitLimit = 500". Save your document as "totala.ini" and play the game. Your maximum amount of units will have doubled from 250 to 500.
