How to Raise Smith Rank in DragonFable

Blacksmithing was the first non-combat skill created in the DragonFable computer game. This skill gives you the ability to create the special weapons used in the game, and you can use it to make weapons for both yourself and other people. As you do this you can raise your blacksmithing rank. You can only create weapons and increase your rank at Yulgar's Forge, and it will take some luck to do so.

Instructions

  Talk to Yulgar in his blacksmithing shop in Falconreach. Yulgar will get you started on learning the blacksmithing skill and give you free use of his forge.

  Go to the forge and look for the screen to prompt you for the exact type of weapon you are instructed to make. This weapon name appears on the long iron bar symbol near the top of the screen, and the name is divided into three parts.

  Go to the first bar of icons and select the one that best matches the first part of the weapon name; for example, if the first part is Moist, Drowning or Rainmaker's, click on the water drop.

  Repeat the previous step for the second bar -- this one has darkened icons and represent the specific weapon type -- and then the third -- the third is like the first, but the potential names are different.

  Click on and roll the dice that appears on-screen after successfully creating the weapon to see if you improve your rank. The higher your Luck -- LUK -- level, the better chance you have of a successful roll.

  Continue to produce weapons at Yulgar's Forge using this process to continue raising your blacksmithing rank. As you increase your rank, you'll be able to create more types of weapons and even design your own,
