How to Customize Tapestries in Oblivion

"Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" was created by Bethesda Game Studios with community modifications in mind. Almost every detail can be edited through player-created mods. By downloading "Paintings n Tapestries," you will be given a new set of rugs and paintings, and the option to edit them to create your own custom tapestries. This option is restricted to the PC version of the game.
