Cheats for Vampire: The Masquerade: Redemption

Vampire: The Masquerade: Redemption is a third-person, action role-playing game (RPG). Based on the pen and paper "Vampire: The Masquerade" RPG series, upon release it was noted mainly for its lush 3-D visuals and repetitive combat. Fortunately, the developers, Nihilistic Software, included a number of cheat codes. To enter the codes, you must begin the game by attaching the "-console" command line parameter in the "Properties" menu of the icon you click on to begin the game.
  1. Display and Toggle Statistics

    • To use god mode during gameplay in Vampire: The Masquerade -- Redemption, you first need to access the "Console" window by pressing the "~" key, and then you should input the following codes: "god 1" to enable and "god 0" to disable. For infinite ammunition, type in "freeammo." You can add experience to a selected character by typing "xp + number of experience you wish to grant," and you can add money to the entire party by typing "cash + amount."

    Display and Toggle Statistics

    • You can access various game and technical statistics about "Vampire: The Masquerade: Redemption" by typing certain codes in the "Console" window. You can display scene information by typing in "totals," display advancement information by typing "advancement," display framerate information by typing "framerate 1," and set the maximum framerate per second by typing in "maxfps + maximum framerate you wish for" (See Reference 2)

    Negative Status Cheats

    • The game actually enables you to input cheats in the "Console" window which apply negative status effects to yourself. To poison yourself, type "poisonme"; type "stakeme" to stake yourself; type "diseaseme" to disease yourself; type "damageme" to damage yourself; type "frenzyme" to frenzy yourself; and type "endgame" to view the game's ending credits.

Skip to Certain Levels and Waypoints

    • You can jump to any of the game's levels or waypoints by inputting certain codes into the "Console" window. Be warned that the game will auto-save after you load a new level, and this may prevent you from completing the game normally. To access a specific level, you must type "jump + the level name" and you can enter a space followed by a number to access a specific waypoint in a level. To access all the game's levels, type in the following codes: "Convent"; "ConventDay"; "OldTownDay"; "SmithyDay"; "Inn4StagsDay"; "JudithBridgeDay"; "University"; "StThomas"; "GoldenLaneDay"; "UnornaDay"; "EastGate"; "EastGateNight"; "OldTown"; "Smithy"; "Inn4Stags"; "JudithBridge"; "Unorna"; "Haven"; "PetrinHill; "PetrinHillDay"; "AnezkaRoom"; "NQuarter"; "PragueCastle"; "PrinceBrandl"; "GoldenLane"; "DummyNorthQuarter"; "DummyNorthGate"; "DummyNorthQuarterGate"; "SilverMines"; "SilverMines2"; "SilverMines3"; "SilverMinesNight"; "Monastery"; "Monastery2"; "Monastery3"; "ArdanChantry"; "ArdanChantry2"; "ArdanChantry3"; "ArdanChantry4"; "JosefTunnels"; "JosefTunnels2"; "JosefTunnels3"; and "VysMountain."
