All Scenarios and Unlimited Cash
Play the game from the start and build a bakery, apartment complex, theater, bar, clothes store and restaurant on Pacific Avenue. Set the quality of each building to medium and build them as tall as you are allowed. Once the second time period has elapsed, you must save the game and then exit it. All of the scenarios in the game will be unlocked when you play again. Your budget will also be a fixed $100 million, meaning it will never decrease, even after spending.
Build Anywhere
Not every area in Monopoly Tycoon can be built on, but there is a cheat that makes this possible. Buy two blocks of land, one in a normal buildable location and the other in an unbuildable location, such as a railroad. Select the buildable land and choose the "Build" option. Do not select "Yes" when asked to activate building rights; select the unbuildable block first and then choose "Yes." Building is now allowed in the unbuildable area.
Auction Cheat
Often in Monopoly Tycoon you will be outbid at an auction or win at much higher price than you ever intended to pay. The good news is there is a cheat that allows you to win ever auction, paying the lowest price possible. Begin an auction and save your game straight away. Load this saved game; any computer opponents competing with you will have dropped out of the auction.
Secret Scenario
Complete all of the scenarios with any character you like. This unlocks a bonus scenario in which you are tasked with building a Megapolitan. There is no competition in this scenario and you have $200 million to spend.
Stop Monopolies
Purchase a single block of land in every district where a computer opponent has set up a business. Doing this will stop your opponent from ever achieving monopoly.
