A Walkthrough for How to Unlock HK Factory

"Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords" for the PC takes place nearly five years after the first installment of the series and features a variety of force powers, character classes and new worlds to explore. Throughout the game, you team up with a variety of characters who join you on your quest, including a droid named HK-47. Once he has joined your team, he will tell you about the location of the HK Factory, found on the planet Telos. Due to time constraints, this section of the game was cut by the game's creators and never made it to the final cut. However, there are ways you can gain access to the factory and complete its mission.

  Download the HK Factory Reconstructed file (see link in Resources).

  Open the modified file and follow the instructions for installation. This file will restore the HK Factory and allow you to complete the quest.

  Open up "Knights of the Old Republic: The Sith Lords." You have to collect all of HK-47's parts and put him back together in order to have him join your team. Once you have all of his parts, you can put him together in the storage room aboard the Ebon Hawk.

  Talk to HK-47 about the HK droids coming after you. He will tell you about the HK Factory on the planet Telos. With the modified patch applied to the game, you can now travel to Telos and open the factory door, granting you access and the chance to complete the extra mission and destroy the factory.
