Basic Tips

• When you find yourself stuck on a puzzle, you have one of two options. You can move to an easier puzzle by opening the book menu. If you wish to skip the puzzle, simply use a magic orb. Conserve the orbs for extremely difficult puzzles, as you are only allotted a few orbs for the entire game. Pay very close attention to all directions in the game, as they can be tricky. The directions will often hold clues on how to complete difficult tasks.

The Desk

• Locate a match, which is inside the trash can. Strike it on the matchbox, which you can find on the desk. Drag the lit match to the paper underneath the desk. Take note of the time on the paper. Select the wall clock and move the clock hands to match up with the time you found on the paper. Once the red box appears, retrieve the clue from it.

The Living Room

• You must first turn on the flashlight and use it to find the light switch. Turn on the light and locate the hammer. Use the hammer to lift the broken floorboard. Repair the wires under the floorboard with some yellow tape. Pick up the hammer again and break the vase. Inside is a key, which you must use to open the locker. Locate a pair of batteries in the locker, and place the batteries in the remote control. Turn on the TV and retrieve the scroll.

The Bathroom

• Use a hair pin to unlock the grate in the bathtub. Find a red knob and place it on the pipes found inside the grate. Turn the knob. The mirror will fog up and reveal two icons. Click on the box next to the bathtub and input the icons in the order they appear on the mirror. Collect the scroll.
