Shortcut Cheats

• When playing "Call of Duty: United Offensive," certain small cheats can be accessed during the game by creating a shortcut that you can type into the target field before the game loads. This shortcut is "+set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1"; start the game using that shortcut. Once it has loaded, press the [~] button to open the console and then type in a series of codes that can give you a number of different advantages. By typing in "God," you will be in God mode, meaning you will be invincible. "Give Health" will give you full health whenever you type it in. "No Clip" allows you to run straight through walls. "Give ammo" allows you to have all the ammunition you need.

Rapid Fire

• Semiautomatic weapons in "Call of Duty: United Offensive" can be made into automatic weapons when a specific hack is used on them. When sprinting with one of these guns, rapidly click fire, which is the left mouse button usually. When you stop sprinting, continue to fire. When you are done sprinting, the gun will now fire in three-round bursts and depending on the gun, will almost fire like an automatic weapon. However, doing this will cause you to use more ammunition then you may anticipate.

Play Any Map

• While maps usually need to be unlocked when playing the normal version of "Call of Duty: United Offensive," different hacks will allow you to play any map you want by typing in the proper codes. First the "~" button should be typed into the console and then a series of codes should be typed in, based on the map you want to play. If you want to play the bomber level, type in "Map Bomber." If you want to play either of the Sicily levels, type in "Sicily 1" or "Sicily 2." Any level that exists on "Call of Duty: United Offensive" can usually be accessed by first typing in map and then the name of the level.
