How to Get the Swing to Move on Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks

Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks is a standalone game in the Mortal Kombat series. It was released in 2005 for PlayStation 2 and Xbox platforms. Players can choose single-player or co-operative mode. There is also a versus mode where two players can fight each other. To get through the game, your character must be able to swing. There is only one way to collect the token that will give you the swing ability.

Instructions

- 1
  Defeat Goro and then return through the door. Raiden will open a portal for you that leads to the Dead Pools. Go through the portal.

  Find the five hooks on the wall in the Dead Pools area. Toss the skeletons onto the hooks. Uppercut them up to two times to get them there, and if necessary, follow them up in the air.

  Collect the coin that appears once you have uppercut the enemies onto the hooks; this provides you with the swing ability. Complete the swing portion found near the sealed door. You must swing and jump your way to the top to the Netherrealm portal where Scorpion awaits you.
