How to Make a New Folder for PS2 Action Replay

Action Replay is a third-party peripheral that allows players to use cheat codes on their favorite PlayStation 2 games. To use cheat codes, players must manually input games and codes they want included on the device. Although this information is displayed in the prepackaged software, Action Replay Code Manager, many users want to organize the information on their own by creating new folders.

Instructions

    • 1

Connect your Action Replay device to your computer, via the USB cable that came with the peripheral.

    • 2

Start the Action Replay Code Manager software from the Start Menu or by double-clicking its desktop icon.

    • 3

Right-click on the left side of the screen where the codes are organized. A window will appear, as if you clicked on the desktop.

    • 4

Click "Create New Folder" to create a new folder.

    • 5

Name the file and press "Enter."

    • 6

Click "Save" from the File menu in the top toolbar, which will save the changes to your connected Action Replay card.
