Unlock All Levels
To unlock all levels go to the main menu of the game. Press "Triangle," followed by "Square," "Square," "Right," "Down," "R2," "X" and "X."
All Weapons
To enable you to carry all of the weapons in the game, navigate to the main menu. Press "Triangle" twice, followed by "Square," "O," then "R1." Press "O," "R2," "X," "X" to enable Agent 47 to carry all of the weapons at once.
Extend Your Life
When the screen begins to go red as your character runs out of life, it is possible to extend your life. Move to a group of people and get at least three head shots in a row, and the character will keep on going. Be cautious, though, as any weapon that gets you from here will kill you in one shot.
Final Level Extension
As the credits come up on the "Requiem" level, move the left analog stick up and tap "X." Agent 47's health will go up, and you are required to kill everyone remaining. The idea behind this is to leave no witnesses to the event.
Get "Slugger" Rating
On "A New Life" level, kill everyone -- even the dog -- with a baseball bat to receive this secret rating.
Get "Russian Hare" Rating
On "A New Life" level, kill everyone -- even the dog -- with the w2000 rifle to receive this secret rating.
Get "Sushi Chief" Rating
In the "Death on the Mississippi" level, go into the kitchen. Pick up a knife and attempt to kill everyone on the boat. If you kill enough people, you will receive this secret rating.
