Unlocking Characters
By entering cheats you can play as many characters in the game other than Spider-Man. To battle as The Shocker enter the code "hermanschultz." Use "serum" to play as a scientist. Play as three different thugs by entering one of these codes: "knuckles," "stickyrice" or "thugsrus." Access the helicopter pilot character with the code "captainstacey." Be a police officer by inputting "realhero." Be Matrix Spidey with the code "freakout."
Helpful Bonuses
Normally, Spider-Man runs out of webbing after using a lot and must let the meter refill over time. If you enter the code "organicwebbing," the "Webslinger" will never run out. Use the code "koala" and Spider-Man will have mastered all of the fighting moves that you would normally unlock by playing through the game.
Funny Cheats
Give your enemies big heads with the code "joelspeanuts." Make Spider-Man tiny with the code "spiderbyte." Give Spider-Man big feet and a big head with the cheat "goestoyourhead."
Training Bonus
Enter basic combat in the training mode. After you take out 59 enemies, Bonesaw (a.k.a. The Wrestler) will appear as the next enemy, allowing you to fight this villain. Finish the game on the easy setting and you can play as The Wrestler.
