Download and install GTA Censor Remover and PS2 Save Builder (see Resources for links). Note that the GTA Censor Remover program removes the program censor and will allow you to utilize the hidden Hot Coffee scene when interacting with "girlfriends" during normal gaming. Do not perform this install for non-mature audiences.
Open your saved game file, using the PS2 Save Builder to open it from your gaming console. Right-click on the file ending in ".b", and select "Extract." Save the file in a memorable location. Repeat these steps if there is more than one file ending in the ".b" extension until all have been saved. Avoid any changes to the file name. Delete the original ".b" files within your saved game by right-clicking and selecting "delete." Leave PS2 Save Builder running.
Drop the saved, extracted versions of your files onto the GTA Censor Removal program one at a time. Set the censor level to "Uncensored" when prompted by each. Select the "Set Status" button to save before repeating with the next ".b" file until all files have been saved.
Drag and drop all newly saved ".b" files back into your saved game using the PS2 Save Builder program. Save in your desired format when prompted. Finish by closing the save builder and sending your saved game back to your gaming console for use.
