Fence and Wall Jumping
While running away from a mobster or the police, it can be useful to jump over a fence in order to avoid being captured and lose a life. When you are in a car, drive up to a fence or wall with the driver's side adjacent to it. Press "Triangle" in order to exit the vehicle and you will find yourself on the other side of the wall. Note that this trick also works with buildings.
Doubling Your Weapon's Ammunition
You will first need to obtain the weapon for which you want to double the ammo and then obtain any available rampage. Equip yourself with the weapon and start the rampage. You will need to wait until the rampage runs out, which should take 20 seconds to one minute depending on the rampage you obtained. When your timer hits zero, you will find that your weapon now has twice as many ammo as before. This is perfect if you want to embark on a difficult journey and need to have a powerful weapon.
Earning Infinite Money
You will first need to steal a coach or a bus. Drive it up next to a bus stop and wait there. Passengers will periodically enter your vehicle and pay you a $5 bus fare. However, you do not have to drive and passengers will just exit the bus or coach after waiting for a short period of time. This is a very useful trick at the beginning of the game. You can utilize this trick to buy some of the game's most powerful weapons early in the game to complete quests much easier.
