How to Enter Final Fantasy X Cheat Codes on Game Shark Codes

Insert the PS2 controller into Controller Port 1. Alternatively, plug a Game Shark keyboard into a USB slot on the console. The Game Shark keyboard can be used to enter codes directly, rather than using the on screen keyboard with the controller.

Insert the memory card into Memory Card Slot 1. This step is optional. Codes entered into the Game Shark will be saved onto the memory card so that cheats can be activated later without re-entering the code every time the game is played.

Turn on the PS2 console.

Insert the Game Shark disk into the console. Close the disc drive door.

Reset the PS2 console.

Select ̶0;Select Game̶1; from the main menu. Use the ̶0;X̶1; button on the controller to select menu items. Press the ̶0;Enter̶1; key on the keyboard to select menu items.

Press ̶0;Right̶1; while ̶0;Final Fantasy X̶1; is highlighted in the game list that appears. This will bring up the ̶0;Final Fantasy X̶1; code list.

Press the ̶0;Circle̶1; button on the controller or ̶0;Insert̶1; button on the keyboard to add a new cheat description. Enter the description of the cheat being entered. This is what will appear on the code list to activate the cheat.

Press ̶0;Start̶1; on the controller or ̶0;Enter̶1; on the keyboard to confirm the cheat description you entered is complete.

Press the ̶0;Right̶1; button when the new cheat description is highlighted.

Press the ̶0;X̶1; button on the controller or ̶0;Insert̶1; button on the keyboard. This will open the code entry prompt.

Enter the code for the cheat to be added to ̶0;Final Fantasy X.̶1;

Press the ̶0;Start̶1; or ̶0;Enter̶1; button to confirm the cheat is completely entered. A prompt will appear.

Confirm in the prompt that you want to overwrite the previous code. The new cheat can now be activated in the Game Shark code list for ̶0;Final Fantasy X.̶1;
