Unlock Bonus Characters

• Follow these steps to unlock the bonus characters in "Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3." First, go to the main menu screen and press and hold "R1" and "R2" on the controller. While holding "R1" and "R2," press "Square, Triangle, Square, Triangle," and release "R1" and "R2." Next, while holding "L1" and "L2," press "Right, Up, Right, Up." Then release "L1" and "L2" and press "L3" and "R3" on the controller. If you followed the steps correctly, you'll hear a sound and the bonus characters will be unlocked.

• Another way to get different characters is to beat certain characters. Follow these steps:

  To unlock the character of Anko, you must beat Anko in the Narutimetto Road level.
  To unlock Kurenai, you must beat Kurenai in the Narutimetto Road level.
  To unlock Asuma, you must beat Asuma in the Narutimetto Road level.
  To unlock Konohamaru, you must complete the Moegi and Udon's Riddle mini-game at the academy.
  To unlock both Hokage characters, you must complete the Moegi and Udon challenge and the Ebisu challenge at the restaurant next to the scroll store.
  To unlock Yellow Flash, you must unlock the other 41 characters in the game.
  To unlock all other characters, you must complete the Naruto Eiyudden level.
  To unlock Hanabi Hyuuga, you must "date" Hanabi Hyuuga in the Narutimetto Road level.
  To unlock "Might Suit" Naruto and Anbu Kakashi, you must finish Narutimetto Road.

  The character of Hoshigaki Kisame will be unlocked once the 8th Mission of Chapter 3 in Story mode has been completed.
  The characters of Jiraiya and Uchiha Itachi will be unlocked once the 9th Mission of Chapter 3 in Story mode has been completed.
  The character of Yakushi Kabuto will be unlocked once the 10th Mission of Chapter 3 in Story mode has been completed.
  The characters of Tsunade and Shizue will be unlocked once the 11th Mission of Chapter 3 in Story mode has been completed.
