Change Discs without Restarting
SingStar Pop (and most SingStar games, in general) will allow players to switch to other SingStar games mid-game play. This makes it so you can play songs from all SingStar games without having to restart your PS2 or PS3 console. The number of players and the game mode you started with will be maintained throughout any disc changes, as well.
Easily Beat Songs
While sing-along games are similar to karaoke, you don't actually have to know the words to receive a great score. As long as you hum along in the same pitch, you can earn perfect scores without losing your breath or your mind trying to sing along to lyrics you have never heard before.
Funky Mic Fix
SingStar Pop has a high level of mic sensitivity, so you may hear some squeaky noises while you are singing along to your favorite tunes in the game. To solve this problem, try turning the mic volume down, holding the mic a little further from your mouth or placing your hands on the top half of the mic instead of the bottom half of the mic. One of these solutions should work to stop the annoying noise.
