New Wave Beach
You start the game at New Wave Beach. Once there, you have three customers--Marcia, Andrea and Hari.
Marcia's hidden supplier is at a gas station in the southwest corner of your map. If you go to the corner southwest of "paint" you will find the Xzibit bonus. You can't reach this from the interior despite how it looks.
Andrea's hidden supplier is straight east. It's north of the Hot Steppin' dock but south of the tunnel area. The Xzibit bonus is southwest of the word "rims."
Go as far south as you can, then slightly west to find Hari's hidden supplier. Xzibit's bonus is directly west of "body kits."
You should find a red star either with Andrea or Hari. Check the area for both before you move onto the next one.
Industrial Island
Next you move to Industrial Island with Leon, Alix and Aiyana.
Leon's hidden supplier is east near the shipping containers. His Xzibit bonus is the northwest corner near "body kits" and "custom parts." With Leon, there is a time limit of finding the red star supplier in a minute and a half, so make sure you do it right away and quickly.
Alix is located just north of the southernmost Hot Steppin Event, on a little dead end road. The Xzibit bonus is again in the northwest corner of the map.
Aiyana is on the west side, close to several roads that are still blocked. Go to the new section of the map to find the Xzibit bonus. Also watch carefully for the red stars--there will be a lot with Aiyana.
Hip Hop Heights
Hip Hop Heights has Jason, Sandra and Zeke.
To find Jason, go east and follow the south fork in the road. His Xzibit bonus is located at the triangle on the south part of the map.
Sandra is in the northwest corner; go as far north and west as you can go. She does paint jobs, and you will need to get a red star here or she won't be happy enough to give you a perfect score. Her Xzibit bonus is in the southeast corner.
Zeke's hidden location is as far north on the map as you can go, up in the curve. His Xzibit location is the exact same as Jason's, so you should be able to find it easily. You should have extra time with Zeke, so make sure you get over to his Xzibit location.
Downtown
Downtown you'll find Na, Jewels and Vinny.
Na is in the south. You'll find him directly west of the Ghost Ride event. His Xzibit bonus is in the northern section as part of a loop. With Na, make sure to get the red star supplier or it's going to cost quite a bit. This is another timed red star event, so hurry up!
Jewels is in the southwest corner, in a triangle area. Her Xzibit bonus is the same place as Na's, and as with Na, you should get the red star bonus first or she won't accept the ice you put on the whip.
Vinny is by the north tunnel along the edges of town. His Xzibit bonus is not too far--it's at the entrance to the area. Vinny, like all characters downtown, needs a red star supplier to complete his mission, so get it quickly.
Uptown
Chadborn, Satomi and Lucas are your hidden suppliers uptown.
Chadborn is in the northern area, just west of the Ghost Ride event. His Xzibit bonus is over at the road that straddles the two towns.
Satomi is quite easy to find if you're coming from Chadborn in the north. Head east and just keep hugging the right; he's by some flags. Satomi's Xzibit bonus is in the exact same location as Chadborn's--between the roads.
Lucas in is the southernmost section of the map, slightly east in the road shaped like an eight. Go to the same road as you went for Satomi and Chadborn's Xzibit bonus to find his as well.
With all three, you need to make sure to get your red star bonus if you want perfect scores. The time for all will be really tight, and you may need to use your nitrous boost to finish in time.
