God of War 2 PS2 Cheats Codes

"God of War II," released for the PlayStation 2 in 2007, continued a tradition of violence and button-mashing begun by its predecessor. It did not, however, come with any easily accessible cheats, meaning that you'll need an Action Replay device or GameShark if you want to gain an edge.

GameShark and Action Replay Codes
- In order to use these codes, you will need a GameShark or Action Replay device designed for use with the PS2. Before you can activate the cheats on either device, you will have to enter a mastercode. The GameShark mastercode for "God of War II" is 98319CF2 78267FB5, while the mastercode for an Action Replay device is either NAX7-W57T-1ENHF or XFDG-FPA2-Z29H6.
  
  To get infinite health with GameShark, enter 283BF1E6 8B13AC3A or 283BF1E9 6413ACA5. For Action Replay, enter 4J7X-RVAY-U0TWK, CFXN-QY20-AFP32 or 48J8-PEGW-K55N4.
  
  Enter 2829B8CF 4F837A65 on the GameShark for infinite magic, or NAU9-T001-U0ZHY, 0EU9-9HFK-TWJ7Q or NF11-MZ3Q-14ZAU on an Action Replay device.
  
  Entering 286B236D 0C363E9B on the GameShark or D31G-35QR-90MZM or PCY7-FTN7-WUG30 on an Action Replay device will grant you an infinite number of red orbs.
  
  There is also a cheat to keep your Rage of the Titans meter permanently full, allowing you to make better use of square and triangle button attacks. Enter 2829B8A5 E1BF7A65 on the GameShark, or JVBW-BXP5-5YFX0, 3804-ME8T-5PN4F or P3Z1-R1A7-ZEH9E on an Action Replay device.
  
  The Amulet of the Fates slows down time. You can use this item at your leisure by entering 7Q74-E7MA-AA9AU or X64Y-A354-689PA on an Action Replay device. The GameShark does not have codes that keep the Amulet's power from running out, but entering D828A157 0CA5EF3E, 2829B837 E1BF7A65 or 1872A1B5 0CA57AB1 will allow you to refill the Amulet's meter by pressing "L1" and "R1" simultaneously.
  
  A cheat to unlock all moves, power-ups and urns is exclusive to the GameShark: 2829B86F 948C883E.
  
  Two cheats exclusive to Action Replay devices are J4VH-FPPU-BKFX5 or ZWBG-8TMG-ERH2T to double-jump indefinitely and D4F3-EN7A-NTFNR or Q2PB-PZ7A-X31KM to turn your enemies into stone.
High-definition Mode
- The only code in the game that can be activated without using a Gameshark or Action Replay device is high-definition mode, which you can get by holding down the "L1," "L2," "square" and "circle" buttons while pushing in the left thumbstick as the "Sony Computer Entertainment Presents" screen appears on start-up. You also unlock the mode by beating the game.
