Cheats for Spiderman Friend or Foe for PS2

Spider-Man has become one of the world's most famous comic book heroes since first appearing in "Amazing Fantasy" comics in 1962. The web-slinging, wall-crawling, wisecracking hero has appeared in numerous television shows, feature films and video games in the years since his creation. "Spider-Man: Friend or Foe" for the PlayStation 2 lets you control Spider-Man as he battles his famous roster of archenemies. The game contains several hidden cheats, which can give you an edge over the villains.

Helicarrier Codes
- To enter the Helicarrier codes, you must first stand on the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier between any of the game's levels. Enter the codes of your choice with the directional pad. If you enter the code correctly, you will hear a chime. You can then check the character selection console or the upgrade console to see the code's effects.
  
  To unlock Venom, enter "Left," "Left," "Right," "Up," "Down" and "Down."
  
  To unlock Sandman, enter "Right," "Right," "Right," "Up," "Down" and "Left."
  
  To unlock New Goblin, enter "Left," "Down," "Right," "Right," "Down" and "Left."
  
  To gain 5,000 upgrade tokens, enter "Up," "Up," "Down," "Down," "Left" and "Right."
New Characters
- Complete levels in the game to unlock new characters. You can then use these characters in the game and put their special powers to work against the game's enemies. You can view your characters in the character selection console on the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.
  
  Complete the first Tokyo level to unlock the Black Cat. In the second Tokyo level, defeat Doctor Octopus to unlock him. Defeat the Green Goblin in the fourth Tokyo level to unlock him.
  
  Beat Scorpion in the second Tangaroa Island level to unlock him. Complete the third Tangaroa Island level to unlock Iron Fist. Defeat Rhino in the fourth Tangaroa Island level to unlock him.
  
  Complete the second Cairo level to unlock the Lizard. To unlock Sandman, defeat him in the fourth Cairo level.
  
  Finish the second Transylvania level to unlock Blade. Defeat Venom in the fourth Transylvania level to unlock him. Finish the game to unlock the New Goblin.
Black Costume
- Fans of classic Spider-Man comic books and the "Spider-Man 3" film should instantly recognize the black Spider-Suit, which increases Spider-Man's strength and speed. During the game, Spider-Man gets the black costume after completing the second Nepal level. Additionally, if you successfully finish the game, you will be able to use the black suit on your second play-through. Simply speak to Nick Fury at the start of your second game and approach the computer when prompted to activate the black suit.
