Regular Bosses
Defeat the Totem God Boss by running in a circle to avoid his shockwave punches and throwing Coco-Cortex into his mouth while he is breathing in. Kill all the tiny golems that attack you and grab Coco-Cortex when the boss spits him out. Repeat twice more, avoiding the boss' laser beams the second and third time.
Beat Neo Cortex by spinning three of his big green balls back at him. Avoid all of his shots and bombs to get him to start throwing the balls.
Get as close as you can to Mecha Bandicoot after dodging his rockets and saw. Run away quickly when he prepares to shoot a big ball and slam that ball back at him--he'll go down after a few hits.
Throw Cortex onto each of the three outside platforms against Uka Uka. After Cortex pulls the lever on each platform, jump on each of the buttons that appear.
Avoid the series of rockets that N Gin throws at you from the crow's nest. After three sets, head for a holder with spikes and get him to throw a TNT crate at you. Run away from the crate and hope it destroys the holder. Repeat this to defeat him. Cortex has unlimited ammo at this point.
Avoid N Brio by running around the iceberg until he jumps into the sea. When N Tropy appears, jump around the ice flows until his shield disappears, then jump over to him and spin him.
Aim for Madamme Amberly's engine to beat her. Avoid her electric beams and shoot at the expanding flames she causes to reduce them, rapidly shoot away the bells she throws, then hit her when she turns around.
Lure Dingodile into shooting the radioactive symbols and body-slam the button that appears to make rain fall down and damage him. He starts attacking with a barrage of fireballs, then alternates between high and low streams of fire.
Final Boss - Victor and Moritz
Spin both of the crystals that are on the pillars when you start the fight as Nina. Reel up one of the pillars by jumping and pressing "circle," then use the high reel to reach the other pillar.
Shoot at the machine gun that is firing when you switch to Cortex. Dodge the machine gun and laser shots by running to the left and right and shoot when you have an opening. Once you destroy the machine gun, attack the laser.
Finish Victor and Moritz's robot as Crash in the Mecha Bandicoot. Walk to the left to avoid the robot's sword, look for an opening in its shield and fire a missile into that opening with the "square" button. The robot will go down with three hits.
