How to Get Easy LP in Final Fantasy XII

In Final Fantasy XII, a new concept was introduced: LP, or license points, were created. These points are spent in order to acquire things like Magicks, Technicks, Arms, Armor and Weapons. They are purchased via the License Board. A character can earn LP by defeating enemies all throughout the game. Even non-playing characters can earn LP. The LP are like milestones: They mark a character's progress through the game. As each character acquires a License, that character's combat skill increases.

  Begin the God or Devil hunt. On the first floor you enter on the elevator ride to Penumbra, you will encounter a creature called a Magic Pot. Do not attack this creature, or you will die. It is immune to your attacks and magic.

  Equip your character with the Golden Armlet.

  Turn off your gambits, or at least make sure you don’t automatically attack the creature.

  Wait until a message pops up telling you that the Magic Pot “craves an item.”

  Use the item it craves on the Magic Pot. This will make it excited, and it will begin hopping around the room.

  Attack the Magic Pot. When it dies, you won’t get any experience points, but you will get 123 LP. If you are using the Golden Armlet specified in the previous step, you will get double LP for killing the Magic Pot.

  Go to the Ogir-Yensa Sandsea and stay on the platforms.

  Equip as many characters as you can with Golden Amulets.

  Kill the Urutu-Yensas and get your kill chain to around 106. This will net you around 800 LP for the characters equipped with the Golden Armlets and around 400 LP for the characters that are not.
