How to Reach the Microscope Condenser in the Family Guy Game

"Family Guy" was released for the PS2 in 2006 and allows you to control three characters from the popular television show. Stewie, Peter and Brian will need to stop someone from taking over the world (twice) and escape from prison respectively. Stewie's hospital level involves a Microscope Condenser that you'll need to collect, and it can only be reached by jumping up to it on a series of platforms. You'll need to avoid the electrically charged platforms and time your double jumps carefully to successfully get the item and move on in your quest to save the world.

Instructions

  Complete the portion of the hospital level involving an electrified and flooded floor. Enter the next area and defeat the hospital orderlies that attack you by using the "Square" button to fire your weapon.

  Perform double jumps by hitting "X" twice to ascend the platforms leading to the Microscope Condenser. Wait for the electricity to stop at the various platforms, as you will get hurt if you land on a charged platform. Time your jumps and double jumps accordingly.

  Avoid the red laser coming from the microscope as you ascend to the top. Keep an eye out for the necessary grappling hooks and press "Circle" to use them to ascend to the Microscope. Keep jumping from platform to platform while avoiding the electricity attacks until you've reached the top and can get the Microscope Condenser.
