How to Download Games on PCSX

PCSX is a Sony PlayStation 1 emulator. Gamers have the opportunity to play the PS1 on their computer. Downloading the PCSX only comes with the emulator and other files; however, it does not come with PS1 games. Various websites on the web host PS1 ISOs. The PS1 ISO is a duplicate copy of the PS1 game. Downloading ROMs is illegal, and you must abide by copyright laws.

Instructions

  Visit a website that hosts PS1 ISOs, such as NitroROMS, ROM-Freaks and Frozen-ROMs (see Resources).

  Browse the PS1 ISO section and then click "PS1 ISO" or "PlayStation ISO."

  Click "#" or a letter at the top of the ROM page or type in the game you want to download from the "Search" field. "Search" is usually located at the top-right corner of the ROM site.

  Click a PS1 game you want to download and then click "Download" or "Download Now." Some of the ROM sites make you do a CAPTCHA or send you to a mirror site to download the game. Many of these games are 500 MB or higher, so it make take hours for the download to complete.
