How to Download All Classic Video Games to PS2

It is possible to convert and play PSX versions of classic video games with PSX to PSP conversion software. Instead of selling or throwing away old classic video games, play them on the PS2 after completing just a few simple steps.

  • Keys.bin

Instructions

    • 1

      Download and install "IMGburn" onto the computer (See Resources). Place the classic video game PSX disc into the computer's CD/DVD drive. Launch IMGburn. Click "Create Image File From Disc." Select the PSX game you just inserted and click "Start."

      Download and install "Popstation" on the computer (See Resources). Launch "Popstation." Locate the ISO / eboot file you just created and designate a place to save it. Click "Go."

      Download the "Keys.bin" file on the computer (See Resources). Create a new folder and name it something similar to the classic video games you are downloading. Place the eboot and "Keys.bin" files in this new folder.

      Connect the PS2 to the computer with a USB cable. Turn on the PS2. Locate the PS2 memory stick; it should be at "X:\PSP\Game."

      Copy and paste the contents of the folder onto the PS2 memory stick. Wait for the transfer to complete. Disconnect the PS2 from the computer. Navigate to the games you just downloaded to play. You have now downloaded classic video games to a PS2.
