How to Get SS4 Vegeta in Budokai 3

"Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3," released for the PlayStation 2 console in November 2004, begins with a tournament of champions. You'll unlock the character of Vegeta during the normal course of the game, but unlocking his most powerful attack, the Super Saiyan 4, requires following a series of steps. Doing this successfully will make this already formidable fighter even tougher to beat.

Instructions

  Go to Vegeta's second Dragon Universe. Head to Muscle Tower on the ice island once you're resurrected after fighting Fat Buu. Use the "Fuse" option and fight Buu at the dot on the map.

  Attempt to fight Kid Buu, but follow the instructions from Goku and instead head toward Brolly. Fly slowly over the chain of islands to the southeast to trigger a cut scene. Watch the scene, and then go back to fight Brolly.

  Talk to Piccolo at Kami's Tower. Head toward Baba's Palace after this conversation. Search the surrounding area for a place called Plains.
- 4
  Talk to Bulma in Plains and accept her gift of Vegeta's SS4 capsule. Head to West City, and then to the island to the south with the red dot and fight Goku. Defeat him to get Vegeta's capsule for SS4 Gogeta.
