How to Get Infinite Bolts for Ratchet & Clank 1

In "Ratchet &Clank" for the PlayStation 2, Ratchet and his robotic friend Clank embark on a space-traveling quest to save the galaxy from destruction. On their journey, they must collect a large amount of bolts. Bolts are hidden in crates, scattered around on the ground or rewarded for defeating enemies. Bolts are used to purchase items and upgrades, so it is important to have a large amount of them. Infinite bolts can be acquired at Blackwater and Kerdan.

Instructions

Infinite Bolts in Blackwater City

  Win the hoverboard race on Kalebo III to collect the Hologuise, and purchase the Taunter for 2,500 bolts on Nebula G34.

  Travel to Blackwater City, and go to the hoverboard track. Put on the Hologuise, then enter the race. This allows you to walk on the hoverboard track for as long as you want.

  Go to a large jump ramp with many crates underneath. Stand under the ramp, and equip the Taunter. Hold down the "Circle" button to draw a continuous flow of bolts towards you. As long as you hold this button down, the bolts do not stop coming. This is only possible once per game.
Infinite Bolts on Planet Kerwan

  Buy the Heli-Pack for 1,000 bolts in Kerwan. On the same planet, head to the first Gadgetron vendor.

  Use the Heli-Pack to glide down to the platform beneath you. Collect the gold bolt on the platform.
- 6
  Use your wrench attack to destroy the floating cars that fly into the area. For each car destroyed, you receive some bolts. The cars do not stop coming through this area, so they may be continuously destroyed for bolts.
