How Do You Break a Simple Lock on Resident Evil Code: Veronica X?

"Resident Evil Code: Veronica X" is a survival horror game developed and released by Capcom for the PlayStation 2. During play, you may come into contact with a "simple lock" that you do not have the means to unlock. The first time that you come into contact with it, you do not have the ability to open it. However, after bypassing certain events in the game, you will receive an item that unlocks all simple locks.

Instructions

  Play the game until you encounter Rodrigo in the prison. Rodrigo is an ally to your character, and will automatically give you a lockpick in exchange for your lighter.

  Return to any point in the game in which you encountered a simple lock (for example, the copy room in the military training facility).
- 3
  Use the lockpick on the simple lock to break the lock and access anything inside (in the case of the copy room lock, you will receive handgun bullets).
