How to Set Up PS2 Drums

Rock Band has become one of the most popular games for the PS2, but setting up the drum kit for the first time can seem a bit problematic. After unboxing all of the contents of the drum kit, you will find it to be a complex assortment of pieces. Finding the proper placement for each piece may leave you scratching your head. With the right instruction, you can set up the drum kit on your PS2 in virtually no time at all.

      Unbox all of the contents of the drum kit package. keep the pieces organized, so that you can find each piece that you need without any trouble.

      Place the two boomerang-shaped base pieces on the ground, with the holes facing each other.

      Insert both of the silver bars into the two holes to create a sturdy base. Use the two silver bars that do not have size adjustment for the base.

      Insert the two adjustable silver bars vertically into the two holes on the base pieces.

      Slide the main drum kit piece containing the drum pads onto the two vertical adjustable silver bars.

      Move the two adjustable legs to taste, then tighten the latches.

      Plug the kick pedal into the back of the head unit. You can rest the pedal on the base bars, or sit on the ground at your desired location.

      Plug the game controller cable into your PS2's controller port. Now your drum kit will be ready to play with all compatible games.
