How to Find the Elevator Pass Codes for the Hive in Outbreak

"Resident Evil: Outbreak" is a single-player survival horror video game in the "Resident Evil" franchise. It consists of five levels, or scenarios. In the third level, The Hive, your character finds himself in a hospital that is the home of some very nasty leech characters, along with the usual zombies. You must use the restricted access elevator to move to the latter portion of the level. A passcode is required to access this elevator.

Instructions

- 1
  You will begin in a room on the third floor. Exit the room and follow the third-floor hallway until you get to the nurse's station. You will find a map and a file.

  Take the elevator across from the nurse's station to the second floor.

  In the second floor nurse's station, examine the medicine cabinet twice. The first time, some leeches will pop out. The second time there will be a memo and some health items.

  Head into the hallway and find the staircase down to the first floor.

  On the first floor, you will see the night reception with the blinds closed. Go in and open the blinds. Go out and cross the hall. Open a set of blinds on the opposite side of the hall and go into the room. A door to the left opens into an office. There should be a memo on the desk. Grab it and head to the other end of the room, where a door leads to a doctor's station.

  In the doctor's station there will be a file with codes and health items. Return to the hall and go through the door into the waiting room. Enter the examination room then. You will find a slumped over corpse. Examine it to find a level one card key.

  In the first floor hallway, use the elevator to go to the first basement floor. In the hallway, enter the first door on the left, which is the elevator control room. Check the room for any files, and kill the leeches on the console. Use your codes from the files that you had found previously at the console.
