How to Break the HP Limit on Final Fantasy X

Like most of the Final Fantasy games, the normal HP limit in Final Fantasy X is 9,999. With a little skill and determination, you can break your characters' HP limits, allowing them to experience an infinite amount of HP according to their abilities and equipment. Break the HP limit with Wings to Discovery, a rare item obtainable late in the game.

Chocobo
30 Wings to Discovery

Instructions

- 1
  Go to the Calm Lands and obtain a chocobo from the stable or breeder.

  Ride the chocobo to the Macalania Forest entrance, overlooking the Calm Lands.

  Locate the feather to the left along the ledge. Fly the chocobo across the ledge to another area, following the new path until you reach Remiem temple.

  Enter Remiem temple and complete the chocobo race. Open three treasure chests and avoid hitting any poles along the way. Win the race and receive 30 Wings to Discovery.
- 5
  Modify your chosen character's armor with 30 Wings to Discovery to break its HP limit.
