Kung Fu Panda Cheats for the PS2

Activision released "Kung Fu Panda" for Nintendo GameCube, Nintendo Wii, PC, Macintosh, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in June of 2008. Based on a movie of the same name, "Kung Fu Panda" is rated suitable for all gamers who are at least 10 years of age. Players must navigate through 13 levels to beat the game. To improve their performance and unlock new abilities, players can take advantage of cheats in the PlayStation 2 version of "Kung Fu Panda".
  1. Button Combinations

    • "Kung Fu Panda" players unlock new abilities, characters and more by pressing special button combinations. To enter the desired combinations, players must first select "Extra" and then "Cheats" from the main screen. To unlock every available character, gamers must press "left," "down," "left," "right," and "down" on the PlayStation 2 controller. All of the characters get larger heads once players press "down," "up," "left," "right," and "right". To enable a dragon costume for characters, players must press "left," "down," "right," "left," and "up". To become invincible from opponent's attacks, players must enter "down," "down," "right," "up," and "left," on their controllers. The Chi meter remains unlimited once players press "down," "right," "left," "up," and "down".

    Coins

    • Players can unlock new skill levels and techniques by collecting coins throughout the first five levels in "Kung Fu Panda" for PlayStation 2. The skills that improve are health, Chi, fast attacks, strong attacks, running, jumping, charged attacks, juggling, throwing and blocking. The techniques improved include Iron Belly, Panda Stumble, Panda Quake, Fun Ball, and Weapon Skill. Different upgrades require different amounts of coins. All Level Two upgrades require players to find 10 coins, while other upgrades are variable. The most difficult upgrades are for health, Chi, fast attacks, Panda Stumble and strong attacks. All of these upgrades cost a total of 150 coins.

    Villains

    • To eliminate the boss villains in "Kung Fu Panda" for PlayStation 2, players must use specific maneuvers. The final villain, Tai Lung, is defeated by repeatedly attacking with a fully-upgraded Panda Stumble move. To most effectively attack the Wu Sisters in the Howling Moon stage, players must master the Panda Quake move and be sure not to attack unless the enemies have stopped spinning in circles. When spinning, the Wu Sisters can not be damaged, and their health levels are higher than those of standard opponents.
